About the studio
Located in the heart of Sacramento, CA
At Royal Sport & Dance Lab we provide top-quality dance & gymnastics training for all ages. We continually evaluate each student's progress and objectives, so they can be placed in classes where they are challenged and can thrive. We offer training in ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, Acro/gymnastics, Aerial Silks and more. In addition to our classes, we have competitive teams that compete at regional & national competitions throughout the year. We also are proud of our experienced dance & gymnastics instructors. We also offer fitness & dance programs for adults.
Royal Sport & Dance Lab is 3,200 sq. Ft. Modern gymnastics & dance studio located inside Country Club Plaza , studio is well equipped, with mirrors over 12 ft. sprung flooring systems, lighting & sound, we provide group & Private classes, performance opportunities & studio rentals.

About Maryna:
Maryna is an experienced dance educator and choreographer with a degree in Contemporary Dance Performance and Choreography from the Kyiv Municipal Academy of Circus and Variety Arts.
She has over 5 years of teaching experience, working with dancers of all ages in Ukraine, the UK, and now the U.S. As a choreographer, Maryna’s students have consistently won top awards at national and international competitions, and she currently coaches competitive and advanced-level teams at our studios.
Maryna specializes in contemporary, hip-hop, and commercial choreography, with a focus on developing strong technique, stage presence, and personal expression. She creates a structured yet inspiring classroom environment where students feel supported, motivated, and challenged to reach their highest potential.
She is a valued choreographer, coach and team member of our studio.
